Oh dear God forgive me. I forgot Mary Astor’s birthday (May 3, 1906 – September 25, 1987). She’s one of my faves. Watch her in The Maltese Falcon or Dodsworth or The Palm Beach Story or her Oscar-winning performance opposite Bette Davis in The Great Lie.
